Andrea Pellegrino conducted a workshop on social change and community development
this April with design students from every level, designers in the community, and
community leaders. They broke into five groups to tackle projects in three communities.

The importance of visiting designers lies partly in their willingness to share their own process. A goal of the program is to help students try lots of tools and processes to find what works best for them and for different kinds of problems.
